What we do with your details.

When you ask for a pack or a plan, you share some personal details with us. This page explains which ones, why, and what you can do about it.

Who we are

RAW Social Media Studio ("RAW", "we") runs this website. You can reach us about anything on this page at rawdigitalstudio.pt@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you send a request through the form, we receive:

• your name and email, and your phone number if you choose to give it;
• the pack or the services you asked about, and your message, if you write one;
• the date and time you accepted this policy, and a reference number for your request.

To stop spam we also keep a short-lived, scrambled (hashed) version of your connection address, so that no one can flood the form. We cannot read the original address from it.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your request and, if you go ahead, to prepare and deliver the work. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for advertising.

Who can see it

The RAW team. We also rely on service providers that host this website, store the requests and, when we reply, deliver our emails. They process the data on our behalf and only to provide that service.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for 12 months after our last contact with you. If we start working together, we keep what we need for the work and for legal obligations, such as invoicing. You can ask us to delete your request sooner, at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, limit how we use them, or send them to you in a common format. You can also object to our use of them, and withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what happened before. Write to us at the email above.

If you think we are not handling your details properly, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.

Cookies and similar

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If you switch to night mode, your choice is saved in your browser so the site remembers it next time. Nothing else is stored on your device.
